thanks T & W and Rikard. I saw them a few times around 1992, they used to open with a great version of The Skatalites' 'Freedom Sounds', good band
And just to say...that's John Shipley from The Special AKA on the far right in the photo. I have the 12 inch and notice he wrote the track, 'His Name is Dirt'.
The 2nd guy on the left looks like Charlie H of The Selecter but I could be wrong.
there was also a tune called VITAL RHYTHM which came out on a compilation cd called an "LETS SKANK-an open-minded approach to ska" released by PATATE records
