The Ratchet Boys - Bend Over and Say Ska (1999)

 The Ratchet Boys was a D.C. area ska band that started out as The Skanker Sores. The band was made up of musicians who played in other bands such as The Ready Steady Go!, the psychobilly band The Alphabet Bombers, The Unidentified, and The NoGoodniks.    

There's not much more I can say about the band without plagiarising a post about the band on The Duff Guide to Ska.
