I don't know the story behind this one. The words on the record say that this is from a soon-to-be-released album. Was it every released? Who knows? A quick Google search offers no answers.
Eddy Grant was involved with this project and it just really misses the mark for me. It insists that it is Two Tone but it's just not.

* Neither Two Tone nor rap in the same way that Grape Nuts cereal is neither grapes nor nuts.
