I don't know the whole story on this one but this record has been released two different times with different names. Lou Deprijck produced and/or performed on this record and it was released under the name Lou and the Hollywood Bananas but, although it was a minor hit, it was not included on The Best of Lou and the Hollywood Bananas.
It's actually the b-side that makes this record worthy of this blog.
"The Blop"
The a-side is not ska. It is a cover of a song by the Italian Duo Righeira. It was sung in Spanish and is considered a summer anthem but the lyrics are about a nuclear bomb exploding in the ocean.
