Nice find! I included this on a podcast a did a few years back. ICE was Eddy Grant's label and the song definitely has the Grant synth vibe. Its a cover of a Jamaican rocksteady tune.
The 7" of the Dandy Livingston version of this is the most expensive 7" I've ever bought in my life. Its a hard record to come by. Now I have to start looking for this one.
